Pre-Order for Labor Day Weekend Now!!


Hi Friends of Wedge Oak!

It looks like the weather is going to clear and be a beautiful Labor Day Weekend! Pre-order everything you need now to get outside and enjoy the long weekend.

We just processed two beautiful hogs and are loaded up with coppa steaks, bone-in and boneless chops, ribs, and more. We also just made a fresh batch of Hot Breakfast Sausage, as well as a fresh batch of Bratwurst just in time for the fall weather and football season! Keep your eyes peeled for a NEW pork sausage this weekend also!

We still have plenty of spatchcocked chickens for the grill, bone-in breasts, leg quarters, some beautiful grass-fed beef.

We’ve got our online inventory up to date, so you can pre-order now until Friday morning for Saturday pick up at Richland Park. Make your market day easier by planning ahead!

We just processed a fresh batch of chickens and have loads of breasts, leg quarters, wings, and whole spatchcocked chickens ready to go for you.

Good Morning Wedge Oak family!

We hope you are all enjoying the change in weather as much as the livestock are.

NEW SAUSAGES BACK IN STOCK! We just made a fresh batch of the crowd favorite Honey Pig sausage, as well as another batch of our CBD infused Maui Wowie sausage. It’s been a while since we’ve done the Maui Wowie and are excited to have it back for eating pleasure this weekend.

We are now stocked up on new pork chops, ribs, roasts, etc. And if you weren’t able to try any of our most recent processed grass-finished beef, we still have loads of it available for this weekend too.

100% Grass-Fed Beef back this week


Hi All

We hope you’re having a great week thus far and staying cool in this crazy humidity.
We just finished a breaking down a beautiful grass-fed and grass-finished beef. This was an older and healthy beef that yielded some amazingly beautiful fat, not always the case for typically leaner grass-fed cows. We dry-aged the beef for 21 days, to lend even more flavor, as well as, tenderness.

We also have poussin back in stock, and all the pork you need for your grilling needs.

FRESH SAUSAGES and EGGS! Order for Saturday Pick Up!


Hi Fam!

If you didn’t see us at market last week, we’ve got Potsticker and Chorizo Sausages back at the farm. We also made fresh batches of ground chicken, Nashville Hot Chicken, and Mild Chicken Italian.

We are absolutely loaded up with duck and hen eggs for all your egg needs.

We also have our 80/20 Ground Beef back on the market, as well. Be on the lookout next week for some beautiful 100% grass-fed beef cuts.

This week is a pork cut and pork sausage week in the kitchen. We will be adding new sausages and cuts Thursday morning in addition to our market.

Dont forget your poultry. We have the best pasture raised duck and chicken around!

We have some variety this week:

Spatchcock Chicken Chicken leg Quarters, Breasts too Half Duck Pork Ribs Coppa Steak (shoulder steak, pork) Thin Cut Chops- boneless Pork Chops- bone in and less Hot Pork Breakfast And LOTS more!

Reserve today and pick up and pay at the park or the farm.

Place your pre-orders online until Friday morning at 10AM. We’re making fresh batches of For Duck Sake, Medium Breakfast, and Hot Breakfast sausages this week! We will also have some additional pork cuts available on Saturday.

We’re working on a big batch of confit duck wings as well, which makes a delicious and easy dinner alongside some of the great summer vegetables that you’re picking up at the market.

We hope you’re all gearing up to have a more “normal” July 4th celebration this weekend.

Pre-order everything you need to ensure that you’ve got it on Sunday. We just finished breaking a beef and have more 80/20 ground beef, as well as, Butcher’s Blend ground beef, and quite a few beef cuts also. We will have some additional steaks available Saturday at the market.

We also have lots chicken wings, leg quarters, and breasts available. And don’t forget your sausage and bacon!
