Order Till Friday AM for Saturday Pick UP

Hello Wedge Oak friends!

Place your pre-orders online until Friday morning at 10AM. We’re making fresh batches of For Duck Sake, Medium Breakfast, and Hot Breakfast sausages this week! We will also have some additional pork cuts available on Saturday.

We’re working on a big batch of confit duck wings as well, which makes a delicious and easy dinner alongside some of the great summer vegetables that you’re picking up at the market.

We hope that you’re all getting some of this much needed rain! Have a wonderful week; we hope to see you all Saturday morning.
