Order Till Friday AM for Saturday Pick UP


Hello All!

Pre-orders are live until Friday morning at 10AM for pick up Saturday at Richland Park. We’ve just made more Korean Ginger, Honey Pig, and Porchettita sausages to satisfy your pork cravings.


Remember next Sunday is July 4th! We will be at the market on Saturday July 3rd, but go ahead and pre-order all you need for the festivities – in case you need to thaw, prep, brine, or pack in the cooler if you’re traveling.

We are also working on a beef this week and hope to have some cuts available on Saturday!

Pre-Order for Father's Day and July 4th!!


Hello Friends of Wedge Oak!

We’ve got a stock pile of goods to make Dad smile!! We are stocked full with pork and chicken cuts, bacon and sausages, stocks and bones, and all of the eggs.

We still have some beef cuts, as well as, ground beef available right now. We should be processing another beef by the end of next week or the start of the following week.

We also wanted to remind you that July 4th is quickly approaching. Be sure to reserve everything you need ahead of time and make sure you’ve got the best meats for your crew!

Hello farm friends,
I am thrilled that you have been shopping with us and hope to have something to your liking again this week.

We love bringing you nutritionally dense food to your home and table.

Link Sausages Simplified
Let us help you with a quick oven baked meal. These sausages cook so well in the oven. No need to fire up the grill or pan fry.
Place your favorite link sausage on a broiler pan or elevated rack. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min and roll over. Then, bake another 10 minutes.

Hi Farm Family!

We’ve got everything stocked up for your Memorial Day weekend needs! There’s a large assortment of link sausages, pork chops, pork roasts and ribs. We’ve still got plenty of our 100% grass-fed ground beef and an assortment of steaks and beef roasts/braising cuts.

Last week, we got a fresh batch of spring chickens in and now have a huge selection of breasts, wings, leg quarters, drumsticks, and thighs. We also spatchcocked quite a few as well, which is in our humble opinion the best way to grill, roast, or smoke a whole chicken.

Don’t forget to grab some of our house made bone broth/stock for your beans and greens too!

We’ll be breaking down a couple of hogs this week as well, so we will be loaded up on Saturday with all your porky needs!

Please go online and reserve your favorite eggs, meats, and sausages. We love to make a speedy pick up for you and appreciate knowing what you want to take home for your weekly menu.

We have duck cuts and loads of chicken and pork too. Next week we will butcher two hogs and will again be flush on pork sausages.

We missed you last week!


Looks like we will have a better Saturday for shopping at the farmer’s market this Saturday. April 3, 2021. Thanks to those of you that braved the alarming weather.

We look forward to seeing you at Richland Park and intend to have extra hands to aid in order distribution and gathering from the market coolers too. Come by and see us for Spring Onion Sausage, Ground Chicken and more ground Pork. We will have two weeks worth of eggs to sell as well. Duck Eggs included.

Hello from the farm pastures,
We are excited to work in this warm weather and hope you will get a chance to be outside this weekend. Maybe you are planning to grill out?

Come and see us for sausages, chicken, 100% grass fed beef, and pork. We will be back in our free range farm raised Pekin soon duck in one week and will be adding that to the market soon.

Check out the market and pre order. You will not be able to pay on the site but we can pull your chosen items and have them ready for you at pick up.
