We love this weather, hope to grill out soon!


We are loving the spring weather after last weeks snow. This week we are butchering a grass fed beef and making Mild Italian Sausages.
Shop now for your favorite eggs, sausages and pork,chicken and duck cuts.
We will add hand butchered Beef by the end of the week and will have lambs coming up again soon.
Check our online market out and we hope to see you Saturday, if not before.

Order for Pick Up 3/5/22


We have added Potsticker Sausage and Ground Pork to the offerings this week and will follow up next week with many more pork cuts and Boudin Sausage too.
This week we have been working on cleaning up limbs and other effects of a solid week of rain.

Longer days and warmer hours have hastened the duck and geese to pick up the pace… the eggs are being laid again and you can reserve them here.

We have sausages and ground pork, chicken and beef for your favorite marinara. Lasagna sounds good on these rainy days and damp nights.

Roasts are available in variety and size as well. If you are looking for a crock pot meal or a slow oven roasted chicken, we can fill your home with warm aromas and your stomach with locally and ethically raised meats.

Reserve here or just stop by Richland Park on Saturday
from 10-12.

Lamb and Sausages too- Preorder Now


We have loaded up with lamb for the Richland Park Farmers Market this week. We have our chicken, duck, pork, sausage and eggs as well. The lamb has aged two weeks and is absolutely divine.

Chilly Weather calls for home cooked meals


We are ready to offer you our hand made sausages, stocks and delicious cuts of meat as well. Whole chicken, Spatchcock Chicken, breast, leg quarters and wings will soothe your hunger and fill your home with delicious scents.

Pork chops are as easy to sear on the stove as on the grill. Ribs are magical in the instpot and then in the oven for a quick bake. Season any way you like and perfect your dry rub for next BBQ season.

Eggs, bacon and breakfast sausages will give your Sunday morning taste buds a wake up call.

Crowing about farm raised meats!


We are back at it this week and look to have a warmer time of it too.

We will be at Richland Park Farmers Market Saturday January 15th 10 – 12PM and can also have an order for you Wednesday between 2-4 at the WOF Shop in Lebanon.

Come see us either place. You can order online and pick up later. You may also shop on site at the farm and at Richland Park.

We will have bacon by the end of the week. The weather last week kept us from getting out and smoking those bellies.
